The sea view room was absolutely delightful, adding a magical touch to our stay! Matthew's personal attention made us feel like valued guests, as he remembered our names and preferences at breakfast. The breakfast itself was an experience, with gourmet options like the cheese and mushroom omelet that truly impressed my taste buds!

the room got overly warm at night, making it impossible to sleep unless windows were open. also, an odd lack of bacon on the breakfast menu is surprisingly disappointing. i thought as a guest, i would at least recieve a complimentary gesture for enduring such discomfort but alas, it seems that was too much to expect.

the breakfasts were delishus with lots of variety. parking was somewhat limited near the b&b.

There's a concerning lack of parking availability!!! The absence of a kitchen fridge in the rooms is quite disappointing!!! Accessibility for elderly guests needs serious attention with those precarious stairs, definitely a hindrance!!!

Great location right by the beach! We enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning, featuring a delightful buffet and our cooked breakfast orders. The hosts were very accommodating, always ready to help us with anything we needed.

It was just a good pick for a trip in Eastbourne with decent value for money. I appreciated the attentive service during breakfast, where the host took time to check on everyone's needs. Consider bringing a fan if you're sensitive to heat at night.

Great breakfasts and comfy stay

I had a wonderful time during my stay! The breakfasts were freshly cooked with plenty of choices, including cereals and fruits. My room was very comfortable, with a nice bathroom featuring excellent water pressure. Matthew, our host, was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. It would be nice if there were some cooling options for food storage though.
